Our class is designed around your needs. Resistance or weight training is clinically proven to improve balance, reduce number of falls and increase confidence in an older population.

Resistance exercise has numerous health benefits for your whole body including:

3) Improving muscle tone and functional strength

We conduct an assessment prior to the class to ensure your suitability. This allows us to then tailor the class to your goals.
