Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we aim to accommodate our clients as much as possible. To help us manage our schedule efficiently and ensure availability for others, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication, may incur a charge equal to the full session fee. This policy allows us to provide the best possible service and minimize disruption for all clients. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
